The previous C4 Comment/Complaints, and Covenant Violation Forms will now be entered in the Rhodes Property Management site by lot owners.

After signing in, select Resident Requests, then Add Resident Requests, select the appropriate type of Request, ARC Request or Resident Requests. Enter the information and Submit the Request.

If a renter needs to submit an action, contact your lot owner.

The Modification Request process will no longer be used. The MR replacement is the ARC (Architecture Request Change) process.

Sign into the Rhodes Property Management site. From the Documents folder on the left, select the ARC - Modification Request Form PDF file.

The PDF file is a forms type PDF. After downloading the PDF, fill is the highlighted spaces. Then submit the filled PDF with a Request.
