Per the Covenants of Retama Village -

Domestic dogs and cats

• No more than two each, dogs and cats, per property
• Must not be a noise nuisance to neighbors
• Animals must be on a leash
• Must pick up feces anywhere on Retama property
• No animals tied up outside if you are not there
• No animal pens set up

LAWN ART AND FLAGS

• Signs may be set up in front of the flower circle
• They may be hung from trailer, motor home or tow-unit
• No spikes in yard due to irrigation system
• No flags on outside of coach
• No awning lights (i.e. Rope lights) around coach
• No collapsible screen patios or tents are allowed

Satellite Dishes

• If mounted on a tripod, must not be located on grass
• If mounted to a structure, must be located behind the structure
