He repaired one of our Vissani Refrigerators He contacted us to confirm the appointment He arrived within the appointment window He spoke English He was courteous He was knowledgeable He was proficient He asked if I had any questions He cleaned up after the work was done Since this work was done under warranty I don't know what his rates are -- but he said he was very reasonable
