CAUTION....I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM

Here's why:&

  1. Lousy work ethics
  2. He is unreliable, it's hard to pin him down when he will come to do maintenance, repairs, etc. If he says he will be out there at 2 pm expect him perhaps at 5:00 or maybe the next day!
  3. He tends to cut corners when installing a new irrigation system.
  4. He treats his employees like slaves

If you are considering re-doing your irrigation system I caution you before you commit to using him.

  • Ask him for a written diagram of what he is going to do, where he is going to place the sprinklers & bubblers & make sure he puts in sufficient sprinkler heads to fully cover your lot. He likes to cut corners.
  • Get a written quote with all the information listed above.
  • Tell him you expect him to be here on a regular basis supervising the work throughout each day.
  • Tell him to make sure they do a good job of cleanup including removal of some of the tubing so it is not a hazard (they tend to leave it sticking out so someone can trip over it) & properly disposal of it & not just throw it in the lot next door.

Luciano charges $50 just to come out for maintenance & repair of your irrigation system. He pays his employees (who are undocumented, unskilled & just follow orders) slave wages, works them 10/hr days & just dumps them off, doesn't come to check on their work & doesn't even leave them with any water & sometimes doesn't come to pick them up until after dark. They told me they work for him because they have no skills & that nobody else will hire them so they have to work for him.

It cost us a little over half of what we paid him to fix his lousy job & the things he cut corners on such as not enough sprinkler heads or wrong placement to cover the yard.

Save yourself the aggravation & use someone else who is professional & has good work ethics!
