Jose is a friend of Daniel Sanchez (TLC Landscaping) & Daniel brought him over to fix a problem caused by Luciano Gutierez's trying to cut corners when he installed our new irrigation system.

Jose works for a major landscaping company that does commercial landscaping but he is able to work on the side with their blessing as long as it's residential landscaping & as long as he gets his work done on time.

Jose formerly worked for John Klement at Southern Landscaping. He does new irrigation systems, maintenance repair & also fixes others mistakes....which is what he has been doing for us.

We made the mistake of trusting Luciano Gutierrez who re-did our irrigation system from what Esperanza had installed during construction. While part of the new installation is working fine Luciano did not supervise the work at all & he did not install in enough sprinkler heads to fully cover the yard. He also had his workers install bubbles in the the wrong places by each plant in the wrong place & did not use the correct type of "sprinkler" for the trees.

Jose if very professional (he will give you a layout of what the irrigation system will be covering & will give you a written quote. He is very thorough & has good work ethics....he also speaks fluent English.

You might get a slightly higher quote for the job but I assure you he will be thorough & do a good job the first time. He really knows his stuff & he told me his goal when putting in a new irrigation system is 100% coverage
