RetamaVillageAC used Drupal 9 as the core for the website. There were a couple of reasons for the choice

One of the key requirements of the Retama Village Access website was security because privacy information will be retained in the website.  Drupal is a CMS (Content Management System). Drupal has an integrated security function.  Only signed-in users can view the pages of RetamaVillageAC.

Also, an easy to maintain environment was desirable for continued support.  The nature of Drupal is using menu driven actions and therefore an ideal supportable environment for the Retama Village website.  Easier to learn that traditional HTML coding.
