This form is used to enter photos used in the Photo Gallery and in the Directory Lookup view. You enter the same photo to /GalleryPhotos and /style/medium/public/GalleryPhoto folders to compensate for a problem in loading ColotBox photos.

The main link should be <lastname><firstname> (ex. BrussMark) usually of the primary resident.
